Responsibilities
To grow the network and build the close business relationship with the clients.
Grow pipeline of active opportunities and maintaining the overview of active sales.
Aggressive new business gaining through online prospecting, face to face meetings and networking (meetings, events, exhibitions).
To perform sales activities on major accounts, negotiate the sales price and discount.
Providing technical/bid/tender/project offers to inquiring clients.
Maximize business by developing the partnership with overseas agents.
To conduct daily, bi-weekly & monthly sales meeting with team and management to establish and execute sales strategies and action plans.
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and fixing the prices of each product based on the market value and landed costs.
Evaluating and generating the report on inquiries/cases (won/loss).
Manage and develop sales and sales support staff.
Managing the product line to maximize sales revenues and to the meet corporate objectives.
Keeping abreast of the changes in the market.
Sr. Sales & Procurement Executive
Generating inquiries by periodic visits to existing clients, identifying and anticipating the new opportunities.
Strategic & cost-competitive sourcing and procurement of material against the requisitions & stock proposal forms.
Identify and issue the RFQs to the vendors and expedite for timely submissions of the offers.
Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
Organizing negotiation meetings with shortlisted vendors on planned procurement strategies.
Preparing Purchase order in compliance with the set procedures and standards.
Monitoring and updating all purchase orders in ERP and maintaining a close coordination with the procurement, engineering and logistics departments for the smooth flow of the project.
Periodically analyzing the data from ERP, evaluating suppliers based on the quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensuring that it matches company’s requirement & ISO standards.
