Control and advise team workers while installing communication circuits.
Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains telecommunications equipment. Provides reports, completes requests for new service, and determines methodology for installing telephone service. Determines appropriateness of moderate equipment changes or modifications including call switches, test trunks and test links, and installs communication circuits.
Pulling optic fiber cables, welding fibers and testing attenuation rate. Reporting to the project repsonsible with a complete report on the status of the hole crcuit installed.
Receive calls from customers and helping them go through a step by step troubleshooting to restore internet connexion phone and TV services.
provide topnet client with solutions to their problems they encounter when using internet.
