Create new restaurants menus.
· Update restaurants everyday - updating contact information, new menus, new items, hinterland.
· Respond to inquiries from restaurant partners and to all emails received on menu@foodonclick.com about menu issues.
· Create promotions for menu items.
· Translate menus from Arabic to English and English to Arabic.
· Supporting operations team to contact restaurants for menu issues.
· Track, solve and update Menus and prmotion status on Trello (work organizer tool).
· Prepare monthly menu report.
· Translate and create arabic content for other departments if and when required.
Performing Assessments on all departments, followed by Action plans for weakness point & follow ups
Responsible for the CRC (Call Center) Mystery Caller Waves, Training for the team & evaluations
Complaints Handling : Receiving the complaint, follow-up with the concerned dept till the complaint is solved in less than 48 hrs, calling the clients & achieve customer satisfaction eventually
Responsible for monthly complaints report, Dash Boards
Setting Root Cause Analysis for each complaint with preventive action followed by Action plan to each department
•Handling incoming calls (Order taking, explaining coffee recipes, machines, accessories, after sales service )
•Follow ups, outbound calls, sales,
•Handling complaints ( follow ups with concerned dept, follow ups with clients, taking preventive actions, sending monthly reports to the Operation Manager )
