Manage a staff of onboarding specialists and Public Relations Officers within OPSA.
• Develop a master onboarding plan, policies and processes for the entire onboarding for physicians and related guidelines for physicians’ use.
• Ensure the smooth processing of physician candidates’ pre-arrival, arrivals and post arrival functions in Abu Dhabi
• Interacting with physicians in a professional manner via email, phone and in person
• Resolving conflicts when schedules change last-minute
• Closely liaising with the Mobilization Manager within Human Resources in order to align with the Mass Onboarding in CCAD
• Allocate resources appropriately for onboarding activities including, but not limited to: travel, visa processing, accommodation, housing and other related onboarding services.
• Regularly report to OPSA Director on a weekly basis and close to arrival daily regarding onboarding schedule for each physician’s schedule
• As needed, be available outside of working hours to resolve any visa/travel/accommodation and other onboarding related issues when physician arrives.
• Quality control of Onboarding functions in close collaboration with the Human Resources Department
Create, improve and develop customer relationships \
Communicate with corporate accounts (locally & internationally)
Handles Conferences, Events, Incentive, Big Groups, (accommodation, banqueting and sometimes transportation)
Establish and maintain files on major active and prospective accounts within market area using S&C Fidelio & Opera
Maintain high profile and continuous visibility within the market area using direct sales, telephone contacts, written communications, free media, word of mouth, and other ways
Develop marketing & sales campaigns targeting tourist companies & agencies, corporate and individual clients
Provide constant feedback to the Director of Sales & Marketing on changing market conditions, upcoming challenges, and competition trends.
Arrange site inspections and entertainment related to the market for business development purposes
Establish and maintain effective employee relations
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
