• Training&Talent management Specialist (Des. 2019 till pressent) :
• Training & development :
• Identify training needs according to needs based on performance
• Validate training need with the Head's of each department
• Create and implement annual training plan
• Select training programmers to enhance employee's KSA(knowledge, skills, abilities )
• Communicate with training providers &negotiate in prices
• Handling all related training issues (Attendance-evaluation reports analyses)

• Talent management:
• Worked on competency frame work design
• Create assessment projects (using SHL system) for all employees
• Handel one to one feedback session after assessment (development and internal hiring)
• Participate in Induction program& orientation for new comers
• Assist in PMS design & Revise objectives and Kips with Managers/ section heads
