Alliances & Channels (A&C) Marketing Manager responsible for running and managing all partner demand generation and awareness activities in Middle East & Africa (MEA) in order to generate revenues. Report directly to the Alliances & Channels Regional Director.

- Define A&C Marketing strategy and objectives
- Outline A&C Marketing strategic directions in alignment with MEA & EMEA
- Define clear and measurable demand generation objectives
- Plan marketing activities
- Build an overall budget and marketing plan on a half-yearly basis; get inputs and feedback from A&C Directors; define focus areas and partners; update and present plans on a quarterly basis
- Create individual partner marketing plans for selected key/focus partners
- Ownership for the half-yearly planning; gathering internal & external inputs, and consolidating a report for approval's submission in due dates; manage approvals for all planning activities.
- Monitor the execution of marketing plans according to approved plans: - Drive our key partners to run demand/lead generation campaigns based on their business models and competencies. These may include ISV's, value added distributers (VADs), resellers (VARs) and system integrators.
- Coordinate activities with internal resources and external marketing agencies in MEA.
- Liaise & engage with partners to secure successful preparations & timely execution of activities according to plan
- Gather, measure and continuously deliver ROI/leads generated/pipeline reporting metrics against goals set forth on all executed activities and business plans.
- Work with the marketing teams to create GTM (Go to Market) plans and campaigns to drive revenues via channels
- Secure and audit all pre & post deliverables pertaining to any activity executed; analyze and deduce actions & enhancements
- Develop relationships with field sales, pre-sales, marketing teams and specialized partners (at the CxO level) in EMEA to leverage programs, events and resources.
- Act as the focal point for the Channels Marketing team in MEA.
- Drive the Oracle Partner network Specialization program in MEA.
- Work with 3rd party suppliers to deliver local marketing activities to support sales in MEA

Budget Planning & Control:

- Budget Coordinator: responsible for managing the Alliances & Channels budget and all related budget activities for the partners in MEA.
- Ownership and control of Market development fund (MDF), Channel Sales development fund (CSDF) and Partner development fund (PDF) in MEA.
- Report actual spending versus planned for each budget type (MDF, CSDF & PDF), product category (Apps Vs Tech) as well as sub-function (demand generation, partner awareness and partner enablement) on a quarterly basis to the Alliances & Channels VP and EMEA senior directors.
- Report half-yearly budget status to MEA management as well as forecast the following half yearly budget breakdown/spending for the MEA A&C division.
- Manage the approval cycle of purchase orders, control spending, ensure that costs are assigned correctly to cost centers and keep a tight tracking system to all funds vs. expenditure
Communication: external and internal
- Provide contents for newsletters, OPN Pages, etc.; write-up success stories in collaboration with PR management; raise awareness & branding within partners' community
- Build & update the marketing community within MEA partners, maintain close relationships with marketing managers & sustain regular communication with top partners

Processes and Tools:
- Present marketing plans and results on a quarterly basis
- Prepare briefings for all marketing events/activities
- Publish marketing calendars on a monthly basis
- Generate regular reports to management
- Fulfill requirements & systems by EMEA by due dates
