- Attend meetings, take notes and write minutes of meeting
- Provide daily administrative assistance to the GM office including all secretarial works.
- Assist internal and external members who call or visit GM office
- Implement English-Arabic-English translations
- Handle & Maintain calendar & appointments
- Collect information from departments on a monthly basis, gather them and prepare reports.
- Handle special requests such as booking of hotels, flights, transfers upon request.
- Hold the accounts of a subsidiary company.

- Attend public meetings as requested by the vice chairman
- Maintain all appropriate records including some financial records
- Design forms.
- Prepare presentations.
* Responsible for some main accounts such as (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Account)
* Record, organize, and analyze the costs and revenues of the current projects and present them in a monthly financial report to be presented to the vice chairman.
Hold and keep the accounts of two branches at the company.
