Job Responsibilities
:With Planning Department :-
Preparing Master File for all the projects CapEx & OpEx include all the History data and has link with other files to get all reports we need immediately when required and also the ratio for measuring our business performance
this system working two years ago from fiscal year 2005_ 2006
All our Execution Reports and yearly Budget from this system, So Time saving and mistakes saving .
• working in PTU “Project Tracing Unit “following up the Project starting from Project Request till finish all steps.
• Working with the engineering department to estimate the required schedule and budget for each project.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of each project plan and evaluating the priority level of accomplishing it.
• Preparing a 5-year master plan for investment projects and another one for maintenance projects, and getting approval from budget department on these plans.
• Present master plans for CapEx and OpEx to the CEO of the company.
• Sharing in Original Budget and First Revise Forecast of the Company.
• Implementing projects of current year plan.
• Measuring and follow up of the actual execution status level of each project and comparing it with planned schedule.
• Reporting the actual project performance to the ministry of aviation, the holding company and higher-level managers on a monthly basis.
• Reports and Analyses on request by CFO

With Fixed Assets Department :-
• Preparing system by Excel to calculate the monthly Depreciation and the net cost for all our Assets as Actual for the previous & current months and Forecast for next months and years.
• Sharing with Fixed Assets Head for conceptual development and preparing analyses, as required.
With Revenue Department :
• Sharing with Revenue Head in Preparing the Electronic Reports and the analyses .
• Train some Revenue Employee for using the computer and Excel program to improve the performance of the reports.
• Conceptual development of key Performance Indicators for Debtor Management .
With Accounting Department :
• Preparing the Master Data file for analyses the final accounts ( Actual & LRBP ) to bullied the ratios for Musser our Business .
• Joint Calculation & documentation of EBITDA calculation with the final account department
With Treasury Department :
Preparing with head of Department the Analyses & Forecasts for Cash flow for the big Projects and corresponding Loans, and corresponding into corporate plan .
With Oracle Team :
Participate in Master Data Group for version management of Master Data .
