Raed Abu Damis

• Work closely with the Business Unit sourcing teams, regional resources, and multiple support functions to ensure business objectives are achieved

• Own the Indirect spend of the DS business in the assigned countries for assigned regions across all indirect categories

• Provide strategic and operational sourcing leadership to drive business priorities around fulfillment services levels, commodity and supplier strategy and process compliance and improvement

• Ensure process knowledge and compliance of business policies by all relevant personnel, including improving procurement processes to enhance the customer experience with Sourcing

• Ensure purchasing agreements are established as necessary by liaising with Baker Hughes indirect team and awarding business to winning suppliers based on parameters set by internal customers and business requirements

• Negotiate price, payment terms, T&Cs, etc. and work with Legal to implement applicable agreements to enable continuity of supply and protect the business commercially

• Collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders to proactively identify and lead projects that deliver added value, improve DS’s base cost and overall efficiency

• Ensure compliance with Regulatory Bodies and company policies and practices to minimize risk
