Responsible, in conjunction with senior management for planning and execution of “Confirmation of Verbal Instruction”.
Responsible for completing, reporting and documenting CVI.
Hold onsite customer training as well as training material preparation.
Send project monthly reports based on region: East, Central, West.
Maintaining SLA “Service Level Agreement” with customer.
Conducting offers and closing purchase orders from customer.
Attend periodical training sessions at Ericsson and Cisco centres.
Delivering, installing, programming, testing and commissioning of Ericsson unified communication products.
Installing and configuring SIP trunk.
Integration with other VoIP systems.
Ability to read and interrupt SIP messages flows.
Identifying client requirements: (technical requirements, and client infrastructure).
Identifying technical design (including solution configurations and diagrams).
Good knowledge about Huawei Products.
Field visits which include MSC (Mobile Switching Center) and OMC (Operational Maintenance Center) of carrier operator.
Attended UMTS, WiMAX, GPRS, GSM and Computer Networks sessions
Very good knowledge about typical RF problems
Work at subcontractor “UTC Company” to install Base Station equipment
Very good knowledge and experience about WiMAX sites validation tests.
