Provides the organisation with the vision and leadership to carry out its mission.
Maintain staff focus on its mission and vision and balances organisational priorities through an inclusive strategic planning and management system.
Develops policies and strategies for financial management including all revenues, expenses, funds, and investments.
Guides and integrates the subsidiaries heads’ efforts to realign all business processes and reinforce structure to ensure the effectiveness of major programs and initiatives by focusing energies and operations to achieve agreed upon objectives.
Seeks out opportunities to improve operations and shift organisational philosophy to integrate departments and programs to function as a strong, cohesive operation.
Leads staff in developing and implementing strategies to ensure a successful annual return.

Started the company from scratch in Qatar as a subsidiary to Leaders in UAE and in partnership with International Group in Qatar.
Managed the relation between partners and the company.
Established the factory and setting up of machines and workforce.
Made the initial marketing and sales for the company in Doha by making the introductions for consultants and contractors.
Recruited all the team heads in finance, operation and sales.
It was my pleasure to be the one who started with the negotiations with SCHUCO International on the establishment of SCHUCO Middle East and to serve as the first General Manager of the company.
During my short service, I have built a network of licensed fabricator in the several countries within the company territories. I also appointed staff to oversee the operations and negotiated with suppliers in the region especially aluminium extruders.
Had to leave to pursue my dream (at the time) in manufacturing which I had more passion about.
I have been part of the top management team responsible for developing the strategy of the corporate and recommending future ventures to the Board of Directors.
In the mean time, I served as SPM for 4 years in which I Supervised a team of project managers for major and minor projects of facade contracts.
I started in ALICO as a junior engineer and got promoted fast to Project Engineer and then Installation Manager before becoming Senior Projects Manager in 3 years.
Architectural Engineering course in Jordan university combines the artistic nature of architecture with the engineering knowhow. A combination that makes the study more related to applied engineering and accordingly function than it would be to only form.
