Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls from customers who need assistance with their accounts, transactions, or general inquiries.
Providing excellent customer service and support to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
Processing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers for customers over the phone.
Offering and promoting bank products and services such as credit cards, loans, and savings accounts to customers.
Resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively while adhering to bank policies and regulations.
Updating customer information such as contact details and account information accurately and promptly.
Documenting customer interactions in the bank's database or CRM system to ensure accurate and complete records.
Meeting or exceeding performance targets such as call volume, call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
Keeping up to date with new bank products, services, and regulations by participating in training sessions and self-learning opportunities.
Fraud Guard System / Investigating potential fraud situations, reporting it, and required immediate and preventive actions as per bank procedures.
System Used PRIME - EQUATION - CRM.
Responsibilities:
Organizing workflow, time worksheets and appropriate employees.
Shifts scheduling, ensuring that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
Forwarding information and important matters such as memos, new employment changes and opportunities from higher management to employees under my department.
Preparing and submitting performance reports to higher management.
