● Value Added Tax (VAT) accounts (Input, Output & Clearing) control and monthly returns preparation and Submission, Withholding Tax (WHT) returns preparation and Submission.
● Zakat filling, zakat appeal & chasing zakat certificate from ERAD system.
● Review and reconcile monthly accruals, prepayments and provisions accounts and the monthly and analyze variances.
● Prepare monthly financial statement with proper & accuracy.
● Ensure proper account reconciliation with vendors, suppliers and stations to reflect accurate figures in the financial system. (Balance confirmations)
● Payroll accounting and all related functions and processes.
● Coach develop and train team members (YARDI). And help them perform in alignment with the expectations of the executive management. (Policies and Procedures)
● Preparing the annual Cash flow in alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
● Monthly budget for management review and subsequent decision making.
● E-commerce implementation (SADA Online, Payment Gateway, POS).
● Other general accounting roles needed to maintain the day-to-day accounting function
● Prepare sub ledger and general ledger entries to ensure valid data in the financial system.
● Audit, zakat, Tax & Bookkeeping service
● Prepare financial for liquidation.
● Initiating the accounting process for Establishment and maintain all related accounts
● Responsible for inventory & import Martial from china for the Factory. Reconciling Bank statement.
