Senior Team Manager
Job Profile
• Plan and execute planned preventative maintenance of the Production plant and process equipment to meetthe demands of the process and manufacturing end users.
• Provide assistance in planning and execution of projects to meet project deadlines; assist in financial control of the Production Engineering Budget.
• Ensure Compliance to Quality Procedures and meet preset quality targets for Production Engineering Department and site.
• Plans tasks and departmental gaols with the Senior Engineering Manager and Team Managers; motivate and guide the team to achieve set targets and monitor and evaluate performance.
• Liaise with teams and managers for ensuring smooth and efficient flow of info.
• Identify skills gaps and conduct training programs for skills’ development of the team; foster a team-working environment to achieve results.
• Ensure full implementation of defined and laid down safety systems and safe practices of work continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within the team.
• Ensure GMP is maintained and increased within the team and that all operations are conducted within the specified quality standards and parameters.
• Develop PM schedules ensure that these are adhered to.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend equipment replacement / upgrade and capacity improvements as part of ongoing continuous improvement policy.
• Identify process deviations and detail them in non-conformance reports; initiate corrective actions.
• Report Technical Data and Plant status to relevant manager; provide reports on team product testing.
• Liaise with supply team to ensure all raw materials are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure budgetary controls are followed.
• Drive team for continuous improvement to become more cost efficient.
• Ensure tasks are conducted in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures as specified in the manufacturer’s recommendations and / or Almarai Quality System; enforce adherence to specific stores procedures.
Achievements:
• Kept the maintenance critical PPM backlog is within zero to ten percent for all production plant and equipment.
• Achieved audit targets and maintained accident reduction as per RPD.
• Provided valuable inputs to Production Engineering Repair and Maintenance budget preparation.
• Positive contribution to achieve Site Quality target as agreed with Technical and Quality Managers

Job Profile
• Managed execution of the required preventive and corrective maintenance of all process machines in order to meet internal customer’s requirement at the lowest cost and maintain high equipment reliability.
• Metperformance standards in production efficiency, quality and safety for all machineries and equipment.
• Supported the production planning function in the areas of capacity review including long term planning.
• Supervised the activities of supply planning in ensuring that all finished goods planning requirements levels are maintained.
• Proactively contributed for the enhancement, development and review of all processes, procedures and reports relating to PP module within Almeria's SAP system including safety stocks and others.
• Updated and generated in SAP system the scheduled preventive maintenance according to the SAP running hours based maintenance system.
• Led the daily machine and process line troubleshooting and implemented immediate corrective action (stop gap and permanent) to bring the machine online.
• Coordinated with the production duty managers on the machine changeover, or other engineering request as per notification from production.
• Reviewed and updated the spare parts stocks in the central engineering stores for the required spare parts for PM and corrective or breakdown maintenance.
• Ensuredthat the detailed production plans were prepared based upon sales requirement, promotional requirements and company inventory guidelines.
• Coordinated with supply planning team to ensure availability of raw materials or components in a timely manner, that were required for production and adjusted plan and schedules as necessary.
• Coordinated with the training department for the training schedules and technicians nominations.
• Prepared and led the completion of the required task list during production shutdown.
• Coordinated with production personnel for the required machines for PM and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinated on the updating of plant maintenance master data with the maintenance planning officer.
• Maintained daily engineering logbook for jobs done and pending status.
• Led and drove the technicians in the continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, quality and safety.
• Coordinated with 3nd party supplies or contractors for the fabrication works for jigs or fixtures.
• Closed SAP transactions such as task completion, viewing the repair and maintenance cost and stock status of spare parts.
• Liaised with suppliers and contractors for quotes, supplies and service.
