My responsibilities as a Marketing Manager are; Develop marketing strategies which improve response rates among new and existing customer segments. Create marketing plans in order to maximize business profitability. Conduct analysis into past performance results in order to map out trends and identify key response variables; leverage these findings to optimize strategic marketing activity. Monitor performance of all creative and data strategies and make appropriate recommendations to further improve performance. Conceptualize and develop report requirements for business needs. Develop and propose new product/channel ideas/marketing concepts. Provide strategic direction to supporting marketing teams in order to develop/execute new marketing ideas/concepts. Review marketing creative to ensure strategy is executed properly. Work closely with new business development and corporate communications for prospects. Work closely with Director of Marketing to set strategic marketing goals/structure to deliver optimal policy growth.

I also collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Calculating demand & supply, market size and market share of a particular business in addition to analyzing the purchase decision making and competition level. and then preparing reports of findings, illustrating data graphically, and translating complex findings into written text. The report also includes forecasting and tracking marketing and sales trends and analyzing collected data, measuring the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies in addition to making marketing recommendations such as pricing strategies and SWOT analysis for the company and its rivals which will benefit for the company’s income.
