Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments.
Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs.
Optimize training processes for efficiency.
Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training the best way possible.
Develop the annual training plan following Google course schedule.
Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training programs.
Work across many departments to ensure that the training developed by the organization meets the needs of each function.
Manage the development and implementation process of Google products and services.
Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products.
Monitor the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget and spending.
Organize cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project or product on schedule and within budget constraints.
Control and manage Training ISO Processes and procedurees
Coach, train, counsel, recruit and discipline employees.
Identify future and current training courses.
Manage contracts with vendors.
Analyze financial and operating statements for profitability ratios.
Ensure ISO procedures and policies are in with company’s and ISO standards.
Utilize CRM for data analysis.
Plan Team capacity and select talents.
Organize Technical staff schedules.
Preside over staff meetings.
Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
Technically check vendors.
Recruit Trainers to conduct training programs. Prepare training material, hands on tools and equipment for courses delivered. Run survey for measuring KPI’s of training process and personnel. Handle complains of trainees or trainers. Deliver train of trainer courses for trainers.
Monitor & follow training activities. Provide strong leadership and technical expertise to maintain existing procedures and drive continuous improvement. Recommend different ways of improvement and expansion o the client. Design manual to simplify the work for the maintenance department in the future.
Conducting training needs assessments, developing the annual training plan, manage collection & maintenance of training vendor list, developing annual budget for the annual training plan, monitoring implementation of the training plan, coordination with Regional training manager facilitating conduction of regional training courses in Egypt. Manage developing training forms, procedure and processes. Manage maintaining training records hard and soft copies. Guide the development of career development plans

Coordinate maintenance programs with user units to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available work force. Assign maintenance manpower within assigned area to meet daily changes in operating requirements and priorities. Recommend special work schedules, overtime or contractor participation to meet unusual or emergency situations
Assures that all details of material and equipment are available at job site. Report on deviation from approved schedules and assists in the correction of such deviations
Computer hardware and software maintenance. Customer support and Windows operating system trainer.
