Ensure all audit notes are fully adhered to and that there are no repetitions.

Manage and implement channels migration strategy.

Manage staff rotation within the branch/branches to ensure all functions are fully covered.

Ensure services are deliverd to all customers equally and are up to the level of customer satisfaction.
