 Provide technical support for customers running virtual IT infrastructure using VMware vSphere suite
 Achieve server consolidation at the local company Infrastructure, to run workloads with minimal resources available, using VMware vSphere 5.0 suite
 Help customers with alternate storage solutions; OpenFiler, FreeNAS, Windows file servers and Windows iSCSI target.
 Provide first line of support and implementation for storage solutions; EMC VNX and Iomega
 Perform day to day support and maintenance for Cisco core networking equipments; routers and switches.
 Provide technical support for customers’ wireless network with a centralized authentication server
 Install and maintain networking monitoring systems through SNMP trap receiver; Cisco LMS and “Solarwinds”

 Provide technical support to worldwide partners and customers for Cisco wireless and AAA products.
 Responsible for resolving moderately to highly complex technical problems, depending on the customers' need
 Provide high quality, live answer technical support to program account base
 Complete a formal root cause analysis for resolved issues at customer request
 Simulate technical problems in lab environment
 Drive customer satisfaction by expediting the resolution of all services by conducting logs and reproducing scenarios
 Provide best effort support for customers running unsupported configuration
