Responsible for training and induction programmers for new staff members. Day to day running and operating of stress. Ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation in all branches. Working closely with visual merchandisers. Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports. Controlling shrinkage, wages, write-off, and cash control and store expenditure.

Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control. Liaising with suppliers on a day-to-day basis to ensure stock is delivered on time and to schedule.
