• Annual sales budgeting considering other business channels (Retail, Corporate, E-commerce sales channels).
• Formulate and execute company’s strategic plan (Sales, Purchasing, Products development, and Inventory
management)
• Set and achieve key performance targets for sales, delivery, cost, expenses, and other measurements of
operational performance.
• Identify, create, and develop new business opportunities, sourcing of new products, market feasibility study
and principal management.
• Manage all sales-related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures
accurate delivery of products in all sales channels.
• Developing the purchasing process avoiding overstocking the points of sales.
• Communicate operational/sales results, activities, etc. to executive management and provide
recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement.
• Formulate performance measures, parameters, and targets, in line with the business objectives and agreed
every year on performance review, with targets set for the subsequent year.
• Coordinate with the CEO for all operation priorities & objectives and long & short-term business plans.
• Margin improvement followed with product extension applied on-demand categories.
• Malls communications (new locations, rent reductions, incoming projects).
• Review & control HR operational issues (JD’s, KPI’s & KRA, SOP, Back office policies, incentives) ensure inline
with business needs.
• Annual & monthly sales budget vs target benchmark followed with new business channels.
• Annual stock budget (products, categories, new launches) meets sales budget.
• Develop strategic planning, new business channels & new stores opening, SOP, brand & pricing positioning,
and market development research.
• Managing over 280 team members considering 14-line managers.
• Marketing roadmap across enhancing the business to achieve significant turnover and profitability in varies
regions during the difficulties of business trends meet branding guidelines.
• Business agreements & franchises, negotiation with mall contacts.
• Conceptualize and support implementation (customer loyalty system, seasonal activities & promotions, Brand
launching) with related marketing & communication strategies.
• Manage product lines/movement and coordinate with the brand department for product development.
• Monitor market share evolution and tracking market & c competitor’s activities & products.
• Stock monitoring, product movement, and stock liquidation action for low-rated sales movement.
• Target monitoring, benchmark shops & team-wise reviews, and clarify sales factors (products, customers profile,
footfall, team, and marketing activities).
• Developing and implementing regional products launching activities, with related ATL and BTL Marketing
activities (campaigns, shop-in-shop deployment, managing and implementing merchandising guidelines).
• Implementation of executing new product launch, with higher sales margin through high end & luxury
finishing meet higher customer segments.
Plan and direct the operation excellence retail division in terms of formulating policies SOP’s, sales budget
tracking, new startup branches, brands performance, and staff development as assigned tasks.
• Financial and profitability cost controls with recommendations for sales budgets per area/branches, and
monitoring business benchmark.
• Review shops/team KPIs and performance (sales targets, inventory movements with related promotions
activities, brand guidelines.
• Benchmark shops against each other, set & clarify objectives and identify best practices monthly.
• Review salaries and incentive for teams in liaison with finance and HR applied with recommendations wherever
required.
• Oversee in-store operational activities to enhance operation excellence through scheduled and unscheduled
visits to shops.
• Liaise with brand managers all marketing activities within calendar promotional events and mall activities.
• Oversee effective stock management & visual merchandising of shops and provide necessary direction and
training to ensure consistent and timely refreshing of visual displays.
• Ensure proper motivation and coaching for shops team, and receives necessary
Working to design and build up a regional retail sales process, and standard concept strategy.
• Executed the sales strategy through leading and coordinating specific vendor’s sales target planning to
develop retail sales activities.
• Analyzing business evaluated competitive challenges and identified opportunities for growth through
vendor’s business partners.
• Responsible for continuously monitoring the development of retail business in each territory in terms of market
share, distribution, visibility and product mix.
• Responsible for providing a continuous/cohesive flow of market intelligence from the markets in his territory on
competitor activities and pricing, market characteristics and trends, price waterfalls, benchmarking reports,
distribution and visibility.
• Responsible for initiation and co-ordination of any country specific support activity to achieve objectives
agreed upon in the Business-Marketing plans.
• Maintaining completed retail process to all activities, coming up with automated system measuring (Stock
Orders, Logistics, Monthly staff/showrooms evaluation system, pricing structure).
Authorized distributor for Nokia & Sony Ericsson.
• Build and orchestrated the retail division & corporate sales channels for Aptec Mobiles.
• Implementing standard & coherent operating procedures within secured guidelines aligned with company
sales strategy.
• Apply business planning & target budgeting based on market segments in the telecom field, followed with
vendor’s business strategy.
• Direct responsibilities for stock forecasting meet sufficient stock level meet sales target concentrating on fast
profitable stock movement.
• Pricing control meet market competition and aligned with desired margin.
• Implementation of processing new retail rules & sales policies to meet vendors/sales guidelines.
