•Studying the effectiveness of machines by using OEE technique which measure three KPI’s (Availability, Performance and Quality), and finding the improvement areas.
•Creation the business development plan to lead the operations to excellence.

•Updating the SAP System with the related Production function transactions in a daily manner in order to ensure alignment between the Production functions and all Departments concerned functions.

•Suggesting plans and programs to boost the effectiveness of the Penicillin Plant function.
•Supervising the production, packaging shipping and scheduling processes within the Penicillin Plant and providing necessary guidance and recommendations to support various production and packaging stages and resolve encountered complications.
•Supervising work activities, defining priorities and distributing work to ensure that the flow of processes in the Penicillin Plant is in compliance with defined monthly production plan.
•Supporting subordinates in monitoring production and packaging ordering, scheduling and shipping operations within the Penicillin Plant to ensure high productivity and compliance to quality standards.
•Following up on updating different process functions in the penicillin plant transactions to the SAP system
•Ensuring the provision of raw and packaging materials in collaboration with the Supply Chain function.
•Analyze and follow up KPI reports to ensure the achievements are in process on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
•Recommending on the preparation of MOs, PSs and logbook and reviewing and verifying such documents and other reports related to the function.
•Generate monthly accumulative report to show the monthly achievements compared to previous year, and analyze the uptime figures.
•Preparing periodic reports with respect to the Penicillin Plant function’s activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor.
•Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices.
•Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure that priorities are clear and actions are running smoothly.
•Nominating a deputy to carry out the responsibilities of the position whenever the need arises.
•Participating in determining training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of training courses in coordination with the concerned human resources personnel.
•Reflect all of the processes on SAP system.
•Verification of Plant’s KPI and the monthly Uptime.
•Resolve the WIP and Variances of Plant Operations with the Accounting department.
•Verify the applied SOP in the Production and Packaging processes to meet Hikma internal standards.

•Response on the ISO qualifications.
•Conducting site visits and investigations on regular bases to monitor operations and machines and recommend maintenance as needed.
•Application Developer, Technical Coordinator, and Project Manager in a wide variety of renewable energy applications. Particularly interested in Wind and Photovoltaic system projects. Always interested in the Research and Development (R&D) of renewable energy around the world.
