•Studying the effectiveness of machines by using OEE technique which measure three KPI’s (Availability, Performance and Quality), and finding the improvement areas.
•Creation the business development plan to lead the operations to excellence.
•Solving troubleshooting problems and related issues with other departments.
•Performing technical trials related to trouble shooting and process improvement projects.
•Contributing in supporting Quality system including investigations related to products non conformity as Variances and OOS’s (Out of Specifications).
•Creation a monthly report including all the productivities during the month (KPI of Production, Uptime, variances, creation and modification new masters and the accomplished projects).
•Updating the SAP System with the related Production function transactions in a daily manner in order to ensure alignment between the Production functions and all Departments concerned functions.
•Updating the actual capacity of machines based on the annual uptime figures.
•Suggesting plans and programs to boost the effectiveness of the Penicillin Plant function.
