Establishment of IT Governance Division in the bank and ensure all departments and units are functioning as per best practice using COBIT framework.

Ensure chnges are recorded, evaluated, authorized, priorotised, bulit, tested, implemnted and reviewed in controlled manner. Maintain quality standard of the releases.
Manage communication and business owners expectation during the roll out of new release.
Engage in projects in the early phases to ensure alignment with the overall release calendar and corresponding freeze periods
Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor and track project releases Risks and Issues
To establish and maintain product release plans.
Maintain standards for delivering services.
Plan and implement change management in the Bank in addition to updating Quality Management System (QMS) as part of IT quality management team.
Acting as Change Manager. Chairing the CAB meeting
Managing the team responsible of SW and application releases in the Bank.
