- Attend meetings and communicating with upper executives, understanding the priorities and strategic focus.
- Understand and meet the needs of key stakeholders (CEO, Shareholders, Board of Directors, Advisory Board, etc.).
- Advise the CEO and executive committee on existing and evolving operating/financial issues.
- Communicate financial concepts in a clear and persuasive manner that is easy to understand and drives desired behaviors.
- Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors.
Developing and Maintaining Finance and Accounting Goals
- Lead Finance and Accounting team.

- Communicate strategic goals & the CEO's priorities to subordinates in a clear and precise manner.
