Working in Saudi Aramco Jizan Refinery IGCC as Experienced Field Operator in utilities & waste
water treatment plant
* Hands on experience in operating effluent treatment plant.
* Worked in Metal Remover area, MBBR, Multiflo, ActiFlo, Filter Press, Disc Filters and Iron &
Manganese removal Bio Reactor, Oil Separator Area, Walnut Shell filter, API and TPI.
* Operate Pumps and Blowers.
* Operate and monitor all wastewater pretreatment plant equipment and make necessary adjustments
based on findings.
* Take periodic samples and perform and record the results of various laboratory tests to assess and
monitor the condition of the system and determine optimal chemical and biological treatment.
* Maintain the efficiency of plant and laboratory operations, including maintenance of equipment
pumps, filters, and machinery, testing, quality control, and record-keeping procedures.
* Read and record meter and gauge readings.
* Maintain plant records, including operations logs, daily diaries, computer data entry, and chemical
inventories.
* In accordance with the Wastewater Discharge Permit, collect and submit all required effluent
sampled to laboratory.
* Performs ground maintenance and housekeeping duties in shift.

& Instrument Air, receiving waste water etc.
* Well hand experience routine checked of PH, Chlorine, Hardness, chlorides, ORP, SDI, Turbidity,
Conductivity, TOC, and Boron etc.
* Cooling towers 29000 m3/Hr. capacity routine chemical dosing, testing, flow and motor AMP, s
adjustment, motor oil level and mechanical checks. Operating Chlorine Generation Plant.
* De-Ionized Mix beds, Ultra-Pure Polisher water system with Boron removal units and Electro DI,
Plants Operation & Regeneration Mix beds with (NaOH & HCL).
* Operating RO desalination 36000 m3/Day operation and Potable Water production system. Sea
Water station (Receiving and Return).
* RO Plant & UF skids CIP, chemical preparation, ORP, SDI, water analysis testing.
* Handling Fire Water network sprinklers monitors & deluge system, F&G Alarm, PAGA.

Responsible for the safe and optimum operation of the Cryogenic Air Separation process and
Hydrogen Plant by monitoring and controlling production plant and equipment, protective systems
and all support and (Utility Systems).
* Operate and changeover of Screw Air Compressors, Reciprocating Air Compressor (Wuxi Air)
and dryers.
* Operate refrigeration unit and control temperature as per required for Cold Box.
* Operate Air Purifying Unit for removing CO2 and Moisture and control temperature and pressure.
* Manipulates process values for maintaining the purity of Nitrogen Gas.
* Record and maintain accurate, timely log data of equipment and closely follow their performance.
* Responsible for taking actions to prevent or rectify abnormal plant and production situations.
* Responsible for identification of plant, equipment and process isolations within the bounds of
Permit to Work and in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Regularly review and monitor compliance with safe work systems and maintenance procedures.
* Operate and changeover of screw air compressors, Reciprocating Air Compressor dryers.
* Well familiar with Condensers, Heat Exchangers, Cooling towers, Pumps and valves mostly use in
Plant Operation. 
* Monitor all parameters in area (such as flows, pressures, temperatures, levels, vibrations,
concentrations, etc.) and enter periodic readings on log sheets. 
* Handle NH3 ammonia with proper PPE’s and unload to Storage tank.
* Maintain pressure of intermediate pot and control heater temperature.
* Control furnace pressure and temperature.
* Operate pre purifying unit.
* Maintain housekeeping in area.

Start-up and shut down of Reverse Osmosis Plant.
* CIP of Reverse Osmosis Trains.
* Do the CEB of ultra-filtration skids.
* Start regeneration of multimedia filters and demineralized Mix Bed Cells.
* Take action against emergency situation.
* Monitor all parameters in area (such as flows, pressures, temperatures, levels, vibrations,
concentrations, etc.) and enter periodic readings on log sheets.
* Adjust chemical dosing rate according to process parameters and Lab result.
* Well familiar to do Sampling in Laboratory to analyze pH, Conductivity & ClO2
* Record and maintain accurate, timely log data of equipment.
* Report alarms, abnormalities and breakdown during the shift to shift supervisor.

Work performed of operation and troubleshooting on PLC and DCS system.
* Operate and changeover of screw air compressors, Reciprocating Air Compressor and heat
exchangers.
* Operate and changeover pumps and all type of valves.
* To handle emergencies and trouble shooting in the field.
* Monitor and Record plant conditions, bringing deviations or malfunctions to the attention of the
production supervisor.
* Ensure that jobs and activities are being performed safely.
* Safe start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling.
* Prepare equipment for maintenance by applying specified isolation/venting.
* Maintain own work area in a safe, clean and tidy condition.
* Take part in risk assessment, troubleshooting and faultfinding activities.
* Checked all instruments on plant every hour to ensure that all instruments are working properly
and checked and manage flow temperature pressure and level every hour according to product
quality sheet.
