Executing the field works (Civil, Structural and finishes including Interior) according to approved Shop drawings and Specifications.
Closely monitoring the progress of work according to the approved Construction Schedule and expedite the activities on the Site.
Checking of manpower distribution and the rate of productivity, opening of work for all the discipline Forman’s and workers.
Controlling the quality of work specially Sub-Contractors work by routine Site inspection.
Checking the monthly interim payment certificate, before submitting it to the consultant for approval.
Checking the invoices of the Sub-Contractors, Cross checking all the Site measurements approved by the Quantity Surveyor and giving final approval for payment to the Sub-Contractors.
Ordering of the material, making concrete schedule, following up with the material suppliers.
Co-Ordination of Civil works with other disciplines, such as mechanical and electrical works.
Making request for inspections (RFI’s) and getting approval from the Consultant.
Attending the Meetings with Owner’s representative, Consultants, Manager and other engineers, listening to their proposal’s and putting forth our proposal to expedite the work.
Reviewing of civil and architectural materials making compliance sheets, transmittals and material Logs. Coordinating with material suppliers,
Submitting materials to Client / Consultants for approval.
