VFDs and PLC
• Installation, commissioning, Parameter setting and programming of inverters (VFD’s) & D.C Drives like Allen Bradley, LG, Toshiba and Siemens etc.
• To work on Synchronization panels and synchronize PLC, VFDs and HMI screen.
• To use Connecting cables and software tools during installation and testing of PLC, VFDs and HMI screen.
• To install software’s in HMI screen.
• To work on Synchronization VFDs and related its tools during installation and Testing stage.
• Servicing and maintenance of D.C Drives and VFD’s.
• To calibrate electronics cards, control valves of various controls.
• Trouble shooting on LG and Siemens PLC Simatic S7-200
• Installation and commissioning of temperature controllers, water level controllers, pressure switches and pneumatic valves.
• Hands on experience on Emerson DeltaV DCS System
• Involve in commissioning of DeltaV System on 11 machines in Feroze Textile
• Hands on experience of Emerson Flow meter, Pressure & Temperature Transmitter through HART communicator.
• To test and set the parameters of temperature controllers and water level controllers.
• Work on VFDs, PLC and HMI (LS Brand) with Korean on Longitudinal Hemming and Slitting machines.
• Work on VFDs, PLC and Termoelectronica HMI (Parker & ABB) with Italian on 16 Chamber Processing machines.
Generation and Electrical
• To work on Gas Turbine. (1.8 MW) during the installation & commissioning of ST-18 Gas Turbine. (1.8 MW) with Canadian team.
• To work on Kawasaki Gas Turbine (01 MW) Dual fuel during shifting one location to another location and calibrate transmitters.
• Trouble shooting and maintain the monitoring system of Boilers (Gresham and DDFC brands).
• To guide the technicians during trouble shooting in control panels.
• To follow up planned maintenance schedule.
• To work and maintain ISO documents related to maintenance work on machines.
