b• Responsible for the conception, evaluation and improvement of Pharma industry quality and food safety system in conformity with GMP, ISO standards requirements.
• Ensure that the quality system is well respected and maintained.
• Handle all quality assurance activities as per policies and procedures.
• Manage the documentation system according to implemented quality standards.
• Assure that all quality complaints coming from the market are well investigated and resolved.
• Approve all packaging materials’ mock-up and specifications before printing.
• Ensure pest management, hygiene, and gowning standards.
• Conduct quality trainings, audits, supplier qualifications, deviation management, and product recalls.
• Review and approve batch records, risk assessments, and product quality reviews.
• Coordinate with logistics, QC, engineering, and regulatory departments to ensure quality compliance.
