• Supervises and checks the preparation of drawings such as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural and miscellaneous details for submission to client consultants for approval.
• Checks electrical layouts such as lighting, power, cable routing and grounding system.

Duties and Responsibilities: • General supervision of all civil works such as foundation, column, retaining wall, cable trenches, storm sewer U-ditch, duct banks, settling tank, manholes, catch basins, holding pit, oily sewer, PE sewer, pipe rack foundation, equipment foundation, local foundation, paving, suspended slabs and slab on grade.
• Check correct location and elevation of anchor bolts of pedestal, insert plates on retaining walls before final fixing of formworks prior to concreting.
• Responsible for the implementation of field revision instruction (FRI) and check carefully if the detailed instruction and revised drawing will be followed.
• Issued site instructions in the absence of civil superintendent to sub-contractors who are responsible for the work to be done.
• Checks formworks and reinforcements of all structural concrete works.
• Prepare daily progress report and submit to civil superintendent for reference of the higher authority about the status of the project.
• Attend weekly meeting regarding the overall status of the project, discuss all problems encountered and how to solve it and also attend meeting regarding safety.
