Even though it was not directly related to my study field, I wanted to take this internship in order to gain some experience in sales and work in a fast and demanding work environment. This job has given me valuable lessons on how to negotiate with clients. As an intern, I was in charge of researching suitable candidates according to the job descriptions that were provided by our clients and then shortlisting the best options and in the end contacting them to see if they are interested for the current role. I was also in charge of creating job listings and offers on various websites such as Bayt, LinkedIn and Gulf Talent.Finally I was also in charge of ensuring client satisfaction by performing follow-up calls and meets with clients in order to make sure that they were satisfied with the service provided to them.
