My key Role is the following:
Cofounding AGRICA to be the innovative and pioneer agricultural advisor in its target market through Marketing, products management, following detailed projects progress, market knowledge, market research, and executing feasibility study for all AGRICA business lines.
My Role purpose was the following:
Managing, Driving, Motivating sales team to successfully implement all sales activities in order to achieve volume and market share growth, whilst ensuring optimization of sales force.
My key activities were the following:
1- Manage the sales team and drive sales activities to achieve or exceed branch annual sales budget by product mix and ensure it is aligned with the overall company objectives.
2- Direct all operations of the branch to include distribution operations, customer service, HR, administration and sales in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals.
3- Ensure up to date market knowledge (projects, project owners, customer competition) and shares it with the sales manager, the branch sales teams and marketing.
4- Ensure timely collection of branch receivables in cooperation with credit and collection teams.
5- Effective networking with related local government authorities, consultants & key customers.
6- Increase customer base and Ensure customer satisfaction.
7- Oversee branch financial management.
8- Prepare state of the art reports on branch performance and present to management on a regular basis.
9- Present feedback to supply chain & material planning in stock levels and availability of materials.
10- Achieve maximum effeciency on receivable collection control with full adherence to customer credit terms and conditions and target A/R days.
11- Drill down the information financial capabilities and behavior of existing and new customers.
12- Prepare detailed sales forecasting reports on monthly basis to supply chain manager and product manager to enable them plan their future orders.
13- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
14- Mentor the sales team to improve & develop their skills.
15- Provide training, development and motivation for sales team.
16- Continually coaches the sales team to bring discipline into the selling process and to ensure that the team always consists of competent, engaged, effective and productive staff in the branch.
17- Take responsibility of orientation of all new staff and evaluation of performance of all branch employees.
18- Ensure compliance to all relevant quality management system procedures to guarantee delivery of high quality products/services.
Managing and growing wheat & barely field from A to Z by tilling, seeding, fertilizing, spraying, harvesting and selling the final product.
1- Leading the branch, its activities, internal and external clients.
2- Marketing and selling the company products which include the fertilizers, pesticides and seeds.
3- Building the customers list and maintain the existing ones by strong consultative relationships.
4- Conducting agricultural experiments for new products with the leader farms.
5- Reporting all financial transactions and strengthening and managing the company vendors.
6- Leading and coaching the sales staff for high performance.
Managing and growing the wheat fields by all its Agro operations from choosing the cultivar which will be planted, Land preparation, seeding, fertilizing, spraying, harvesting, packing and selling the final product.
1- Managing grapes sector which its area equal to 30Ha & it's cultivars are Thompson seedless, Cardinal, Red Globe, & others with all its Agro operations such as pruning, spraying, fertilizing, and harvesting.
2- Supervising in all spraying & fertilizing applications of vineyards which its area equal to 200Ha which have 7 different varieties.
3- Assisting Vineyards manger in budget preparation and tracking vineyards expenses.
4- Dealing with agri-vendors and conducting agri-trails with reporting results to adopt the successful technologies that will match our vineyards situation.
5- Supervising on quality control of grapes packing house with cooperation and assisting packing house manager.
6- Reporting all quality, Stock, TEMPTALE results to horticulture manager.
7- Implementing and adopting GLOBALGAP/EUROGAP check list and standards on all our vineyards.
1- Managing open field vegetable, and greenhouse crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, okra, squashes, eggplants and peppers, by fertilizing, spraying and all farm operations from A to Z,
2- Managing 20 labors.
3- Implementing and adopting EUROGAP/GLOBALGAP check lists and standards on all farm operations.
4- Reporting all farm practices, expenses to farm owner.
Plant Production department in agriculture faculty at Jordan university of science and technology is a department well supported with professional PH.D. Professors graduated from the most important universities in the world , we are graduated and prepared to be professional farm manager and grow with high end technologies of the most cultivated plants such as vegetables, fruit trees, and field crops, even by implementing the best practices of economics and marketing techniques.
We are graduated from SAMA high school which called Tawjihi in Jordan from science section which prepared you to university with the academic decipline in chemistry, maths, and geology, in addition to the other courses in Islamic culture , Arabic , and English languages.
