Manage all marketing and sales operations.
My key role is introducing & reach out the key clients to CRAVO RRPS-Retractable Roof Production System, supporting CRAVO business in target market through providing business support services such as installation contracts, after sale services, agronomy support and providing the complete solution through designing and supply of irrigation and fog systems. I am the first jordanian & jordanian agronomist complete training and technical visiting to RRPS-Retractable Roof Production System conducted by CRAVO equipment ltd.
My role purpose was the following: Managing, driving, motivating sales team successfully implement all sales activities in order to achieve volume and market share growth, whilst ensuring optimization of sales force.
My key activities were the following:
1- Manage the sales team and drive sales activities to achieve or exceed branch annual sales budget by product mix and ensure its aligned with overall company objectives.
2- Direct all operations of the branch to include distribution operations, customer service, HR, adminstration and sales in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals.
3- Ensure up to date market knowledge ( projects, projects owners, customer competition), and shares it with sales manager, the branch sales teams, and marketing.
4- Ensure timely collection of branch receivables in cooperation with credit and collection teams.
5- Effective networking with the related government authorities, consultants, key customers.
6- Increase Customer base and ensure customer satisfaction. And other activities in sales, marketing, management of customers and their credit and collection.
Wheat Production Management from land preparation, Seeding, Fertilizing, Spraying to Harvesting and Selling,
My key duties and activities were the following:
1- Leading the branch, it's activities, external and internal key clients.
2- Marketing and selling the company products mix.
3- Mantaining the customers list and new ones through the strong consultative relationships.
4- Conducting and following up the Agro experiments for the new products with the key farms.
5- Reporting all financial transactions to GM and strengthening, managing the key company vendors
and suppliers.
6- Leading, coaching and motivating the sales team for high performance.
And other activities in concern customer, credit and collection management.
Manage the wheat field and all its farm operations which include tilling, seeding, fertilizing, spraying and harvesting to selling the final produce.
My key Role was Managed grapes vineyard.
My duties were the following:
1- Managing the grapes sector which its area equal to 20 ha and its cultivars are Cardinal, Thompson, and Red globe with all its Agri operations such as Fertilizing, Spraying, Pruning and harvesting.
2- Supervising in all spraying, fertilizing applications for all grapes vineyards which its area equal to 200ha and include 7 different varieties.
3- Assisting grapes manager in budget preparation, and reporting vineyards expenses to cost department.
4- Dealing with Agro vendors and conducting Agro trails with reporting the results to adopt new Agro technologies.
5- Supervising on quality control of table grapes in packing house cooperated and assisting with packing house manager.
6- Reporting the Temp Tale results to horticulture manager.
7- Implementing and adopting GLOBAL GAP guidelines, Polices, and strategies in vineyards.
My key duties are the following:
1- Managing open field vegetable and greenhouse crops such as tomatoes, beans, squashes, eggplants, and okra by prepare the fertilizers applications and spray programs and leading all farm operations.
2- Managing 20 Agro labors by assigning daily duties.
3- Adopting and implementing the GLOBAL GAP strategies, policies and standards in farm operations.
It is university of science and technology, the faculty of agriculture where the specialist will graduate to be professional farm manager and agronomist, the key courses in general sciences, and plant sciences for example plant biology, crop field science, seeds science, plant pathology, olericulture, apiculture, floriculture, and more.
It is science section at Tawjihi the best high school in Middle East countries where you will have the best courses in biology, geology and maths. It is developed the discipline to study hard to succeed and go foreword to university degrees study.
