Major duties and responsibilities:
* Develop project management plan including (Scope, Time, Cost, Communication, Risk, Procurement
and Stakeholder Management Plans).
* Support Management to set Quality and Human Resources management plans.
* Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
* Develop a schedule that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
* Monitor project execution based on the plan to avoid cost overrun and schedule delay.

* Assure all documentation including (Issue Log, Stakeholders List, Risk Register, PAT, PAC, FAT, Delivery
Notes, Bill of Quantity, and Invoice) are well communicated to the team.
* Ensure customer satisfaction based on the agreed scope and set of deliverables.
* Follow up progress with all related internal and external stakeholders.

* Qualify new opportunities with telecom operators in various markets.
* Open a new business line in supplying telecom equipment to the main telecom operators.
* Manage teams & resources for the 3G expansion project with Umniah via ZTE
* Set project budget and manage cash flow.
* Conduct regular meetings with the customer discussing work progress, change plan, new SoW, Prices
and offering new services.
