Duties and Responsibilities:
❖ Working with clients, contractors, architects, local
authorities and external
agencies on various renovation and new build projects.
❖ Study project documents / drawings / specification /
conditions of contract
Coordination between engineering team.
❖ Working towards strict deadlines, often under continues
pressure.
Overseeing construction works being completed on site.
❖ Planning activities, tasks and regularly checking progress
of works according
to the schedule.
❖ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising
and monitoring the
site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
❖ Attending regular multi-disciplined meetings to discuss
projects.
❖ Reporting to a senior member of the project team, project
manager, or team
leader.
