Duties & responsibilities:

▪ Ensure that all public car parking is at the maximum availability at all times, that sites are clean and safe for customers to use and all equipment associated with parking are in good working order. Ensure signs and lines are in good order and suitable for the service.
▪ Manage parking section staff to achieve the service objectives with a high standard of performance, through leadership, selection, motivation, discipline training, appraisal and counselling.
▪ Maintaining the car park operation smooth by attending all kind of traffics within the parking operation and guiding the vehicles to different exits to make sure that the traffic is moving forwards.
▪ Reporting all incident and accident to the property management and the company in case of any damages on the property as well as the police for report to proceed the process of maintenance through the insurance company
▪ Observes, identifies and reports dangerous parking area roadway conditions and their causes such as obstructions to vision;
▪ Prepares work orders related to the maintenance of parking structures and locales such as installation of regulatory signage, road surface marking, etc
▪ Coordinated parking solutions for various events and required manning.
▪ Maintained accurate data on all parked vehicles.
▪ Ensured the safety and security of all valet parked vehicles.
▪ Periodically checked vehicles stored in lots.
▪ Ensured the timely collection of valet fees.
▪ Assigning all the staff for their duty location at different entry and exits
▪ Preparing and sending daily reports of incident and accident for the management, as well as reporting to the machine’s supplier all kind of incident and faults related to the machines to attend immediately to the site location and fix them.
▪ Following up with all clients for their parking access card renewals or any issue found on their access cards to resolve the problem.
▪ Tracking the movement of car park operation all the time and specially in peak period.
▪ Preparing monthly report which include the total transaction of cars for the entire month, total revenue generated by the site and total revenue generated by each pay station machine, manual collection, and membership card revenue
▪ Prepare monthly statistics report for: Revenue, Daily transactions of cars, Membership, Sharing profits report

▪ Review the current company contracts and benefits attached and set new achievable and flexible goals for the new contracts which maximize the profit without compromising on service quality.

▪ Maintaining high standards through all the business, including responsibility for internal staff development and training
▪ Fully in charge of hiring new candidates, conduct the yearly performance evaluation and provide the necessary training & guidance required.
▪ Represent the company in all meeting and contracts.
▪ Spot check the condition of all vehicles 2 times in the week to ensure the vehicles are well maintained and are in good condition always.
▪ Assign best experience drivers to the VIPs.
▪ Attend all complains and resolve them in a maximum time of 24 hrs and ensure necessary action to be taken to avoid any future happening.
▪ Preparing weekly, monthly management reports for the Senior Management Team and providing a full analysis of performance data, including budgeting and revenue forecasting
▪ Review and ensure the Profit and Loss report is timeously presented to the owner.

▪ Monitor the city events and events happing in contracted hotels to organize enough drivers during the peak time for smooth operation.
▪ Conduct team performance evaluation and give further instruction, guidance and training needed for better quality and personal development.
▪ Responsible for all employee relations: hiring, training and accommodation.
▪ Spot check the staff accommodation and ensure the accommodation in good condition and follow up for any staff need for maximum comfort and to maintain the company assets in good condition always.
▪ Attend any guest complain and ensure the necessary action is followed.

Responsibilities

▪ Checks the condition of vehicles at one times every week and ensures any damage or required repairs are already reported and scheduled with the workshop
▪ Monitor the mileage reports undertaken by all drivers on a weekly basis.
▪ Ensure all drivers are updated with any traffic rules and regulations, new speed limits, safety requirements and any locations updated for maximum guest safety and satisfaction.
▪ Responsible for the renewal of vehicles registration licenses and insurance.
▪ Coordinates with the workshops for all preventative and routine maintenance of all vehicles, ensuring that this is completed on timely and effective basis.
▪ Spot check the vehicles and ensures that they are clean and as per the standard.
▪ Responsible for the administration of the transportation.
▪ Maintains high visibility during peak period in order to ensure smooth running of operations, promotes good public relations, takes corrective actions and handles customers’ complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
▪ Set the necessary training plan to ensure all drivers are updated with city locations & the standard of meeting and greeting the guest.
▪ Accomplishes a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meeting, writing reports and memos and other specific duties related to the job function.

▪ Check the grooming/personal hygiene of the driver.
▪ Prepare the duty roster for Fleet Manger Review.
▪ Allocate the drivers to all the trips for the day.
▪ Check and ensure enough vehicle’s amenities are available for today’s operation and if necessary place a new requisition order from the store.
▪ Attend the management daily morning briefing and share any transport movement for the day.
▪ Communicate all VIP arrivals to Duty Manager 5 min before arrival to the hotel.
▪ Spot check the vehicle and ensure they are all well clean and ready for any move.
▪ Generate daily expense ad revenue report and present it to Feet Manager.
▪ Maintain good recordkeeping of vehicle mileages, trips & revenue.
