Review and development of SOP for hygiene, quality process, artwork process.
•Establishing manufacturing quality standards (SOP, GMP) methods and procedures on shop floor. Preparation of Documentation such as SOP, System Manual, Process Manual, Recording Formats, OPRP, RM, PM & Finished goods Specifications.
•Representing the company during factory audits for ISO, FSSAI, FSSC.
•Directly responsible to develop and implement a corrective action program in response to quality audits and Internal Quality Audit reports.
•Responsible for providing technical information regarding the products to the customer.
•Handling of customer complaints, providing the RCA and CAPA to the customer.
•To review label artwork and to scrutinize it as per the regulatory compliance (FSSAI, UK, USA, GSO).
•Review and modification of FSSAI License as and when required.
•Conducting new vendor audit for on boarding & existing vendor audit on regular basis for vendor improvement
•Provide technical support and direction to the plant to address customer complaint corrective actions and audit corrective actions.
•Planning & conducting training programs for associate & vendor staff on food safety, product standards, personal hygiene, basic food hygiene, GMP, 5S.
•Ensure regulatory & statutory compliances.

•Overseeing training and management of workers, food handlers, contract workers, Stake holders and management for GMP/GHK, food safety, types of hazards, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing SOP, process SOP.
•Supervise process, workflow, and ensure upholding of quality and food safety.
•Directly responsible to develop and implement a corrective action program in response to quality audits and Internal Quality Audit reports.
•Handling & solving all the non-conformance activities and developmental work with respect to Food Safety.
•To monitor the health condition of food handlers and to arrange medical examination or suspension of work where necessary
•Redressal of Customer Complaints by investigating through root cause analysis.

•Update RM Specification in standard formats and timely follow-up for required checklist form supplier.

 Making certain that all products and production processes excel in quality standards; worked in close coordination with other managers and departments to ensure the same.
 Managing development & implementation of goals, policies, procedures and system pertaining to QA/ QC; preparing and releasing monthly Quality Review Reports.
 Coordinating with all other departments for stable operations of the plant.
 Developing a framework of quality standards, procedures & systems and overseeing smooth implementation.
 Carrying out line assessment and validation trials for the new packaging material provided by the purchase and procurement department and compare their physical parameters to the existing and also providing feedback regarding the run ability and approval of the materials.
 Scheduling of calibration of the PMO plants along with the maintenance department.
 Integrating pest management -Demarcation of defence lines, determination and use of pest control instrument (glue traps, RBS, Spray guns etc.) categorization and use of pesticides.
