Infrastructure and Support Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance activities of all the hardware and software. Maintain a close relationship with clients on and act as an escalation point for all complains and comment from clients.
•Install, Configure, and maintain company’s servers -Active Directory Domain(2003), Exchange 2003, ISA Standerd edition(2004).
•Install, Oracel server and client
•Backup Servers configuration and data.
•Install, Configure, and maintain company’s servers -Active Directory Domain, Exchange 2000, ISA enterprise edition-
•Install, SQL server and client
•Backup Servers configuration and data
•Client Desktops Supporting and maintenance -hardware and software.
•Install, configure and maintain Company Labs and Servers.
•Support clients establishments - LANS Installations hardware and software -
•A+ and Network Fundamentals Trainer.

2.Design network display monitors and Installation.
4.Software Installation and maintenance, supporting customers OS and applications
