• Understand the brand business targets, make and deploy plans to achieve the set brand KPIs in-line with the consumer understanding & market dynamics
• Developing and implementing full fledge marketing plans; suggesting solutions and innovative ideas to meet clients' needs and achieve better results (Marketing Mix, Activations, PR, loyalty programs, marketing materials, tie-ups, advertising/media, online and social media).
• Responsible for handling all Marcom activities for the brand (ATL/BTL/Digital Marketing)
• Brand Activations planning, production and implementation for clients/brands
• Strategizing digital marketing campaign along with the digital marketing team for the clients and deliver the expected output (Website, SEO, SEM (Google Adwords), Emailer Campaign, Social Media etc)
• Handling and servicing multiple accounts from different businesses, understand their marketing requirement, devise strategy and deliver the results
• Working with internal team to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief within the budget
• Developing and maintaining database for UAE and Middle East Clients.

Sales & Business Development
• New Business Development: Identify and evaluate specific business opportunities across UAE region. Work closely with product management to discover and evaluate new markets for existing products and well as new products that can be derived from emerging technologies.
• Sales Management: Complete sales lifecycle from initial identification to close and account management. Track and report sales opportunities for forecasting. Provide input into and strive to achieve group and individual business and sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annual goals)
• Sales Targets & Revenue Generation : Lead sales efforts to support telematics strategic sales objectives and responsible for generating revenue opportunities among B2B Segment and achieve sales targets
• Business Strategy and Market Research: Define, validate, improve and execute strategic plans. Activities include primary research, market and competitive analysis and customer needs assessment.
• Product Portfolio Management: Provide input to product planning and development team to ensure that products are aligned with identified growth opportunities.
• Cross Selling Opportunity : Explore the cross selling opportunities with the related industries and businesses
• Meeting Project Timeline : Spearheading Sales, Marketing and Operations/Technical Teams to ensure that the team delivers client requirements on schedule and with the highest standards
• Growing Customer Base : Responsible for proactively and aggressively growing both existing and new business relationships
• Training : Conduct product training for client and partners before final handover of the Telematics solution

Marketing
• Responsible for handling end to end offline & digital marketing for the company to ensure brand penetration and recall
• Responsible for digital marketing campaign, increasing online digital footprints and lead generation (Website, SEO, SEM (Google Adwords), Emailer Campaign, Social Media)
• Develop product literature, sales collaterals, e-mailers, branding elements, product presentations etc.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all customer touch points
• Responsible for marketing budget with the media mix and deliverables
• Measure ROMI and report performance of marketing activities
• Liaise with outside vendors to coordinate digital, advertising, marketing material, and any other opportunities that create awareness, engagement, or conversion amongst our target market.
• Responsible for analyzing the market conditions, brand Health, competition, market share etc.
• Product pricing analysis vis-à-vis competition and operating price in the market
• Responsible for handling telecalling team to generate effective results in terms of quality lead generation leading to closures
• Support partners with all the marketing activities and collaterals

• Manage brand awareness and engagement and ensure to sustain best TOMA for the brand
• Responsible for handling all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the brand in the region
• Responsible to prepare the annual marketing plan and successful execution of all branding and promotional activities for Hyderabad Business to ensure continuous growth and customer acquisition
• Ensures execution of ATL, BTL/Activation and increase visibility and TOMA (99%) for the brand
• Responsible for managing entire Digital Marketing portfolio for the brand in Hyderabad and ensuring that brand meets the Online/Digital performance targets (Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) - Google Adwords (PPC, PPM, Re-Targeting and Re-Marketing), Social Media Marketing (SMM), E-mail Marketing, Website Content and Traffic Management, Affiliate Marketing, Referral Programs for the Existing Customers, Google Analytics)
• Product designing based on the current market dynamics, competition and upcoming market, to ensure maximum pull for the product
• Responsible for effectively driving online and offline promotional campaign to generate 23000+ hot prospects for ISP product month on month
• Responsible for overseeing ORM (Online Reputation Management) for the brand and ensuring that overall negativity is kept below 5% on online platform
• Budget management- Preparing annual budget and ensuring complete adherence to the plan and delivers all marketing activities within the agreed budget
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all customer contact
• Maintaining and reporting marketing MIS
• Drive the ground level marketing team to achieve the set targets of marketing and ensures the scheduled reporting of each activity
• Collaborates within the team in developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives under the guidance of reporting manager
• Qualitative and Quantitative research analyzing the market conditions, TOMA, Brand Health, Competition, Market share, recall etc.
• Involves with various media houses like Print, Outdoor, Voice and Electronic to get better value to promote the brand in generating maximum visibility and saliency
• Inter-functional marketing support to other functions in all internal events, functions, promotions, conferences etc .
