As a Project Executive and HR executive in a startup, my role is dynamic and multifaceted. I oversee project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, ensuring our projects align with the companys vision and goals. Simultaneously, I handled the human resources aspect, handling recruitment, training, and fostering a positive work culture. My responsibilities include managing project teams, allocating resources efficiently, and implementing HR policies that support employee development and organizational growth. This dual role allows me to contribute directly to the startups success by ensuring effective project management and nurturing a talented and motivated team.
Accomplishments:
Collaborated with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with the manager Coordinate with teams and allocate responsibilities effectively. Monitored project progress, tracked milestones, and ensured tasks are completed on schedule. Addressing obstacles, and risks that would arise during the project. Notified the status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders. Facilitated meetings, presentations, and reviews with project sponsors and stakeholders. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Implement new plans to address unforeseen challenges. Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting. Conduct initial screening of candidates by telephonic/face-to-face interviews and shortlist the successful candidate. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy. Employee payroll functions (absences, bonus, leaves and overtime) via WPS relevant to UAE MOHRE and company policies. Maintain records of all employee-related documents, onboarding, offboarding, training and visa processing. Obtaining trade licenses and renewing visa quotas. Have strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law Apply for a work visa for newjoiners and complete their process till the last stage. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Work collaboratively with other departments to help solving any challenges.
I played a pivotal role in enhancing office efficiency by implementing a systematic organization and communication system. I introduced a digital filing system that reduced document retrieval time by 40%, minimizing errors and improving overall workflow. Additionally, I revamped the office supply management process, resulting in a 35% reduction in costs while ensuring the timely availability of essential items. Arrange traveling tickets and accommodation for employees and guests. Resolving client-related issues. Finishing tasks that were handed in at the last minute. Maintaining Company Staff Insurance/Vehicle records &Insurance other Insurance. Managing office employee issues and resolving them. Maintaining records of stocks bought with pay slips. I was the head of the project given by the Government of Balochistan where I had to produce and direct a documentary on the development that the Government has done for the people under the poverty line.
