Follow up all steps of operation and implementation of the MenaITech H.R. software, and provide the required support, consulting and any needed software related services under his team custody to reach customers’ satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To perform presentation for the clients and do the needed demonstration on MenaITech H.R. software.
- To lead a team of consultants and to play the role model that represents the professionalism.
- Follow up MenaITech H.R. software operation process and visit clients on regular basis to ensure their full understanding and satisfaction that related to his team.
- To prepare and develop the work plan procedures including all steps required for clients implementation process such as installation, training and follow up of MenaItech software.
- Define all system installation requirements including the needed data, the logical processes, the required hardware, the operating environment and any interfaces with other systems.
- Prepare a weekly report regarding all operation activities to the Professional Services Manager.
- Follow up on all the consultants’ software versions and provide version control after the completion of the operation process.
- To follow up on all team members projects status and deliverable.
- To assure all team members are following Menaitech Project Management Standard.\
- To implement enhanced HR processes on MenaITech system, considering best practices, government rules and regulations, and following MenaITech standards.
