•Assist the project manager in the formulation of objectives for the development of the project and the quality of education, including (training workshops for teachers in schools, methods of monitoring and evaluation, maintaining regular contact with the Ministry of Education and other partners).
•Participate in weekly and / or as otherwise needed - meetings with QE staff.
•Prepare weekly planning and overview with the education department colleagues - and / or as otherwise required with other DRC departments.
•Prepare, as requested and needed, weekly and monthly activity report in English.
•Contribute to the smooth implementation of remedial education and free exam classes.
•Ensure a close cooperation and follow-up with partners on the implementation of activities.
•Identify and prepare for relevant workshops / trainings on educational activities - in close coordination with colleagues.
•Ensure in all project implementation a cross-cutting focus on protection - and promote when possible the need to bring the communities and the educational institutions closer together.
•Contribute to the implementation of awareness raising campaigns as defined by needs assessments.
•Contribute to the financial planning and follow up in close collaboration with the Education Team Leader and the PM.
•Ensure that all project activities are implemented in accordance with relevant budgets.
•Coordination with the Ministry of Education and other partners (UNICE, UNHCR, DANIDA) and with various other partners when needed (INGOs, UN, private companies and local).
•Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to the manager direct and donors with the recommendations and propose solutions
•Propose new ideas to help improve the quality of education and the ongoing work on the development of activities and training workshops
•Coordinating Tamheed test to measure the orientations and professional preferences for beneficiaries.
•Facilitating community-based initiatives workshops and providing consultancy for participants.
•Training various soft skills such as: psychosocial support, conflict resolution, body language and negotiation.
•Preparing and developing contents of training materials.
•Work with the team to set annual plans for the programme as well as trainings schedules.
•Participate in weekly meetings to discuss, evaluate and develop the programme.
•Preparing and de of the annual plan to work within the shelters in the area of psycho-social support.
•Coordinating the working of teams at shelters of IDP’s in the field of psychosocial support.
•Networking and contacting with local authorities and international organizations to provide psychosocial support in shelters.
•Leading volunteers and training them to provide psychosocial support services to children and women at shelters.
•Reporting weekly to the supervisor of the south region at Syria trust
•Estimating and preparing budgets of expenses of the initiative.
•Providing interactive educational activities for children in the field of preservation of environment and debate.
•Traveling around Syria to provide those activities for children.
•Organizing places, tools, children candidates and coordinate with team members.
Writing and preparing researches in psychological and social issues.
•Assistant Accounting director in documenting inputs and outputs of hydrocarbons in directorate.
•Providing help in administrative essential tasks.
