• Prepared Schedules for Fixed Assets, Prepayments, EOSB, Annual Leave, Guarantees, Deposits and Advances & fulfill all other audit requirements
• Perform physical inventory count and do reconciliation
• Prepares transfer documents for Telegraphic transfer against international payments & maintain four bank accounts of company
• Prepares monthly payroll and process it through WPS
• Handles letter of credit and guarantees
• Calculation of working Capital Requirement & Variance Analysis
• Maintaining the Fixed Assets register and Depreciation calculation
