 Interface with internal customers, including senior management and suppliers on Uniform issuances.
 Responsible to generate statistical and logistical information with reference to uniform issuance, stock in-take and stock transfer.
 Coordinate with Gulf Warehouse Company (GWC) regarding stock levels order placing/ deliveries to Uniforms Stores / returns to GWC and storage charges.
 Ensure all Stock and Warehouse operations are performed as per the department KPI and to the industry standards
 Monthly Re-conciliation of stock as per oracle quantity v/s GWC Stock book, spot-check of items on daily basis and also participate in developing and maintaining a system for monitoring the customer service staff posting and preparing daily report.
 Compile and update precise and accurate data to generate stock and inventory reports for regular management review.
 Coordinate with Cargo and Outstations to ensure that all paperwork is in place for smooth transfer of the goods and that all Outstation staff uniform requirements are met in a timely manner avoiding any delays of shipment of uniform merchandise from Doha Uniform stores to all Qatar Airways Outstation facilities.
 Responsible for coordinating with local suppliers and preparing monthly schedule for stock delivery to Uniforms department and receiving of goods items for resign staff against their cost centres.
 Responsible for coordinating with Finance team for processing invoices for supplier payment.
 Organize multiple uniform related projects such as Uniform stock inventory, Purchase order forecast, stock management solution, stock and warehouse management, Shelving concepts, Min-Max operations.
 Management & Leadership
 Lead the Uniform Service Centre junior staff team and guide them with day-to-day activities especially trouble points and situations that may require intervention in order to ensure smooth workflow.
 Operational Safety
 Responsible to ensure that employees at all levels understand work health and safety requirements and expectations through provision of relevant QR Group induction, information, instruction, training and supervision.
 Take a direct and personal interest in reported injuries, incidents, near misses and hazards to ensure that appropriate reporting, investigation and response is being achieved.
