Follow-up and review team Associate in fulfilling the tasks entrusted to us.
• Review working drawings and match them with tendering drawings
• Making daily reports submitted to head manager
• Interview clients and discuss with them how to work on the final design for their business
• Attend preparatory meetings for the project with the consultant and the client to discuss technical matters
related to the project
• Coordination with the team at the site and size of the work necessary for compliance with the conditions
of the site
• Work orders to production, taking into account the circumstances of the site and sent to the factory
management
• Coordinate with pricing team of cost evaluation
• Action account price differences if there is a change in the specifications and sent to the client for
approval
• Associate follow the team and work to raise the efficiency of the work
• Review and Producing Shop Drawing Issues (All Kind of Joinery Items) for ongoing Projects.
• Co - ordinate with Project Team to solving any unexpected Technical difficulties, and other Problems that
may arise.
• Supervise preparations of Drawings to ensure full compliant as per Tender Documents and Consultant
Drawings.

• Preparing all Fire Rated Doors Drawings as per Civil Defense Requirements.
• Supervise prepations of Drawings to ensure full compliant as per Tender Documents and Consultant
Drawings.
Preparing and Producing Shop Drawing Issues (Wooden Doors, Wardrobes, Kitchen Cabinets, Vanity
Cabinets, Wooden Cladding, Wooden Skirting) for ongoing Projects.
• Prepare Doors Schedule for each Project Individual.
• Preparing Job Orders (Working Drawings & Details) for each Project Individual.
• Co - ordinate with Project Team to solving any unexpected Technical difficulties, and other Problems
that may arise.
• Sending Drawings and all Submittals issues for Consultant to get final approval.
• Preparing all Fire Rated Doors Drawings as per Civil Defense Requirements
