Manage a hard and soft FM service contract with Emrill Services provider and suppliers.
Set and monitor of yearly budget through the monthly P/L sheet.
Dealing with the day-to-day running of the premises ensuring effective communication between all levels.
Leading a team of 110 staffs allocated on site.
Prepare and execute of the PPMs according to the O&M Manual.
Operating and update software \[Maximo and concept 500\]
Evaluation of the staff as per performance appraisal.
Provide technical advice to customer and represent the customer in technical interfaces with third parties.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
Contribute and integrate with other business units for smooth and most efficient operation to achieve the agreedand commits SLA's.
Maintain profitable relationships with existing suppliers and monitor the adherence to contract terms.
Plan and select the range, type, quality and quantity of materials.
Professionally delegate work to subordinates, and issuing of work permits.
Prepare and present regular reports to client related to facility, finance, budget, utilities consumption, and energysaving, and maintain records on ICMS.
Lead and monitor the subcontracting works i.e. (Firefighting and life safety, security systems, lifts, BMS, gas, watertreatment, UPS, barrier, pest control, sewage and west management etc.
Following up with service provider all Calibration pressure gauges and equipment's.
Submitted monthly service FM report to the client.
Preparing cost estimation and BOQ for any existing modification works.
Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered toso that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.

Responsible for all Emaar-Projects organizing, planning and forecasting the essential services across the UAE.
Manage the process of reviewing subcontractor's scope of work, renewing the A.M.C's whilerecommending changes whenever needed.
Manage the hand over, snags list, and NOD'S for the newly constructed projects.
Contribute and assist the General Manager identifying the optimum structure for the projects so thatresources can be arranged accordingly.
Conducting surveys, prepare, and present the estimation reports including i.e. (staff structure, estimationsheet, yearly budget, cash flow report).
Managing Aviation City Facilities (Passanger Terminal & Cargo Termnal and VIP Terminal & Airshow building .
2_Managing Logistics City & Residential City on going projects.
Managing Center Utilities Complex for Chilled water supply and Main Power Substation 132/11KVA feeding to the Airport City, Logistics city and avaition city.
Managing the Operation and Maintenance for all Airport Facilities.
