Post Implementation Support for SAP FICO:
• Attend, troubleshoot and resolve assigned help desk calls and log associated activities in the help desk system
• Implement preset operational standards and procedures
• Analyze customers requirements and provide solutions
• Develop and manage application interfaces
• Change application configurations to best suit requirements specification
• Build up a knowledge base for the section
• Control user access to delegated application database
• Apply application patches and fixes as recommended by the provider
• Plan and schedule regular hardware preventive maintenance and hardware/software upgrade tasks
• Plan and design IT application solutions
• Coordinate with end-user to conduct system acceptance testing
• Monitor system/application /network security within area of responsibility and flag security breaches to corresponding IT function
• Provide training and guidance for newly joined staff, assist them performing their assigned duties and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Participate in providing end-user application training
• Perform well planned acceptance testing for hardware/software changes prior deployment to the customer
• Develop enhancements to application programs and reports following agreed application development standards and quality assurance regulations
• Maintain documentation for software development/ Business processes and configuration, and system manuals
• Develop detailed user training manuals
• Ensure system performances as per requirements and designs
• Plan design IT application solutions
