 MEP works installation supervision and material purchasing.
 Handling and inspection the major works and provide their material requirements and work report preparation.
 Preparation of purchase requisition for the materials & equipment required for Installation & maintenance.
 Mobilization of manpower & equipment for trouble shooting.

Electrical, sanitary, Carpentry, and other general maintenance jobs supervision. General maintenance of residential building and Switchgears of various makers Installation and maintenance.
 Attending weekly meetings.
 Accepting maintenance requests.
 Shift report preparation, inspecting the equipment.
 Handling of Electrical load as per requirement
 Analysis of electrical consumption & consumed demand.
 Daily maintain the power consumption report.
 Weekly preparing the Formats of Preventive Maintenance.
