The Role:
Responsible for strategic leadership for Overall Unit operations, Cost saving, Development, MBM, Customer Satisfaction, Unit Profitability, KAIZEN, Budget Control, Recruitment and Employee Satisfaction. Reporting to Managing Director, Contributing proactively to the Senior Management Team and collaborate effectively with the company support functions and profitability of the unit.

Operations:
• Directing and Oversee overall Operations of business unit.
• Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of business unit.
• Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget.
• Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organization.
• Ensure MBM culture is internalized and in use in day-by-day operations.
• Ensure that team understand the vision and goal of company, and clear priorities.
• Create new marketing strategies and monitor QA and QC measures.
• Build strong relationship with the customers in order to maintain good revenue growth.
• Manage start-up costs and finances of business unit by efficient financial management.
• Perform review and validation of system layouts and equipments.
• Create harmonious working environment, train and mentor staff and motivate all team members to perform efficiently creating thriving environment within the unit.
• Work on requirements provided by senior management whenever required.
• Lead development, approve and ensure effective implementation of detailed plans, work program, procedure and standing instructions to ensure efficient and safer operations of Unit.
• Monitor implementation of identified improvement with respect to cost, quality and productivity.
• Conduct daily reviews at all level of unit against plan, evaluate variances and identify root causes and implement effective corrective action plan to achieve the goals and objectives.
• Manage personnel at all level, carries out annual appraisals, identifies and ensure implementation of training requirements and recruit new staff.
• Ensure plant facilities and equipment’s are integral and safe to operate.
• Recommend upgrades/improves existing facilities, initiate improvement studies in procedures, working plans and methods.
• Customer Satisfaction:
