• Given support for Software, Hardware, Networking & Virus related calls and close them with in SLA period i.e. not more than 2 hours for any software networking and virus calls and to close any type of hardware call within 6 hours.
• Maintained the Application & Antivirus server and make them up 24 hours.
• Provides daily, weekly and monthly reports to both CRIS and CMS in proper time.
• If needed provided remote support to other locations to resolve the issues.
• Resolved application related issues like train timings, train route, addition of new train’s information in the application.
• Installation and support of the Windows in client Computers, Printers and plotters.
• Installs, troubleshoots, upgrades, and configures network printing, Troubleshoot desktop systems hardware/software related issues.
• Manages operating systems and desktop/end user applications.
• Works on Lotus Notes 6.5.5 and Microsoft Outlook as a mailing solution for the client.
• Daily management, analysis, troubleshooting and monitoring of 800 + Lotus Notes 6.5.5 and Microsoft Outlook mail users, register new notes for users, Create archive and replication for users, assist users in creating mail rules, modify notes.ini file configuration settings, calendaring & scheduling issues, etc
• Expertise in Backup for day-to-day operations on ntbackup and other third party backup software for minimum downtime of application.
