• Create; develop prospects for OEM, EPC and other partners to form an alliance in participation of bids.
• Intimately controlled Joint Venture (JV) activities to sustain sourcing and profitability.
• Sourced, qualified and implemented strategic power equipment partners, harmonizing pricing for all Public and Private sector clients.
• Co-selected, implemented and deployed technical resources, securing long-term supply and achieving 20 - 25% annual savings.
• Establish, maintain and updation of multiple database of suppliers,
• Negotiated various supply and service agreements, delivering balanced commercial terms & conditions and favorable payment terms.
• Reviewing and approving equipment needs.
Managing Contract Performance
• Monitoring performance against targets and deliverables for all contracts including performance of any sub-contracting partners.
• Financial tracking and monitoring of contract income (alongside the Finance Manager)
• Ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Reporting contract performance trends and issues to service delivery staff and senior management.
