Strategize, implement and manage all eCommerce initiatives to ensure
maximum customer acquisition and revenue production.
Participation in Create and maintain e-Commerce budget, strategy,
and marketing plans for Deraah.
Manage all the communications with last-mile companies and suppliers,
to negotiation around contracts, prices, transit times and served cities,
accounting, reporting, and other functions for the eCommerce team in
Deraah.
Manage Order management team from A&Z for all four brands online
stores under Deraah company (order confirmation, fulfilment service,
last-mile delivery, after sales services), Organize all logistics necessary for
sales from point of sale to delivery, including delivery from branches
(bullet services) &shipping from warehouse.
Develop and implement internal cross-functional training programs for
the organization for new models (Marsool, Hungerstation, Omni, OTO
system ).
Execute strategic planning initiatives and projects for all eBusiness
products and solutions and measures all process by use KPIS to top
management and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
simultaneously under time constraints and within budget parameters.
Participation in Manage online marketing and promotional calendars,
including daily promotional offers and products campaigns.
Manage and Develop customer services team, order management
team, warehouse team, last-mile team, content team and inventory
team for all four brands online stores.
Support & monitor operation to make it measurable, repeatable and
predictable to apply operational excellence.
Forecasting for orders capacity by analyzing data.
Provide the recommendation to the IT department to apply more
features to improve all-process to be easy and fast.
Ensuring order management is effective to reduce returns, delays,
payment and quality issues.
Conduct periodic reviews with partners on SLA’s, performance metrics,
escalations, change requests and improvement plans.
Ensure timely updates of products and campaigns with high accuracy.
Maintaining Health and Safety standards, while promoting an inspiring
Health and Safety culture on-site.
Created product information packages including product descriptions,
images, and pricing.

Arranged for domestic and export shipping with export packing and crating as needed by courier, air
consolidations/direct, and prepared the shipping documentation.
Sorting orders to our-couriers and shipping companies based on areas (zones), follow up on daily
deposits (COD amount), scheduling un-delivered orders, to ensure the exceptional customer
experience.
